ECONOMIC PROGRAM FOR THE CITIES KĘDZIERZYN - Goat
I. PURPOSE OF THE
first Reducing unemployment in Kedzierzyn - Koźle.
second Increasing municipal revenues Kedzierzyn - Kozle:
a) by increasing the number of operators acting on the territory of the municipality Kedzierzyn - paying Kozle taxes,
b) community participation in the income tax from individuals, resulting in a greater number of working citizens Kedzierzy - Koźle,
c) of profits in proportion to the shares held by the municipality Kedzierzyn - Kozle obtained by Kędzierzyn - Industrial Park Kozielski sp z oo. (Dividends),
d) look for new, unconventional sources of income.
II. STATUS BEFORE ENTERING THE IMPLEMENTATION

III. PROGRAM ASSUMPTIONS

IV. METHOD of realization
first Promoting Economic Programme objectives for the period from 3 to 6 months from the date of its adoption by the City Council Kedzierzyn - Kozle.
second During the 7 months from the date of adoption of the Programme by the City Council Kedzierzyn - Koźle, a referendum on the municipal expression of the will of free and informed behavior of the citizens of Kedzierzyn - Kozle in the goods market in expressing their first purchase from manufacturers and service providers doing business in the city Kedzierzyn - Koźle whose outcome will open the way for the activities described in the following chapters of the Programme, if the participation in the referendum will take at least 60% of eligible citizens, of which at least 70% of respondents expressed willingness to be in question.

V. CONCLUSION
